He has conducted system investigations, created data collections, and managed discovery on over a thousand matters. Mr. Regard is a member of The Sedona Conference WG1 and WG6, is a board member of Georgetown Advanced Institute for e-Discovery, and is one of the original four founders of the E-Discovery Institute (EDI).

Mr. Platt, a Certified Ethical Hacker, has over 25 years’ experience consulting with clients on information systems development, data analytics, digital forensics, cybersecurity and incident response, database design, eDiscovery, and project management. He has consulted on projects ranging from large-scale forensics investigations to highly complex intellectual property and systems analysis cases in the legal and eDiscovery industries.
