He has recorded, collected, and imaged over one thousand different data sources and is an expert in digital media examinations including, but not limited to, computers, cameras, cellphones, PDAs, thumb drives, networked devices, and other digital media.
“I’m honored to speak at the San Diego ESI Forum,” said Mr. Garcia. “iDS often provides expert forensics and consulting services in connection with mobile device evidence, including collection and preservation. It’s important to develop strategic plans to determine where data has been, where it is now, and what can be collected and this session will help guide counsel through the process.”
