iDiscovery Solutions (iDS) was called upon to help a pharmaceutical client investigate the suspected theft of intellectual property after several employees left to start a competing business. In addition to providing analysis of digital data, iDS was called upon to provide someone from their team to serve as an expert witness to help translate “geek speak” to layman terms for involved parties.

The information suspected of being taken, and used at the competing business, included proprietary forms and documents to help track products as they moved through the supply chain.
