Mark D. Gianturco is a nationally recognized technology leader with over 24 years of industry experience in software development, systems architecture and information technology. He is qualified as a court appointed expert in computer forensics, data and software. He has been an active participant in the Sedona Group, developing documentation, metrics and best practices for e-document search and retrieval. In addition to being published on several software engineering topics, Dr. Gianturco has been responsible for the architecture and design of many successful software products in multiple industries, including next generation electronic discovery products for corporate and commercial use.

Prior to joining Intelligent Discovery Solutions, Inc., Dr. Gianturco’s highlights include serving as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for a well-known EDD software and solutions provider. As CTO, he was responsible for leading the architecture, design and implementation of an innovative multi-threaded and distributed appliance, to provide enterprise e-discovery search and processing.

Dr. Gianturco has also served as the Chief Technology Officer for Strategic INFO, a knowledge management company providing web-based solutions to pharmaceutical companies, hospitals and other life science corporations. Dr. Gianturco’s technology experience also includes over a decade of work as a consultant and software developer for organizations such as Siemens, the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Department of Defense and Department of Justice, Boeing, General Electric and GTE.
